Can I share your art online? I want to tell the world!
Of course! Art is meant to be shared with others--but please don't reproduce my artwork, resell my work in any capacity, or claim copyright to my art (those things are like, kinda illegal, brah). If you're sharing on Instagram, I'd love for you to tag me @artjrey!
How long does the shipping process take? (I'm excited and want my art ASAP!)
I'll typically be able to ship out your order within 2-3 business days, but if I get super busy, please bear with me! Once I've packaged and shipped your order, delivery should take 2-5 business days (this may vary depending on the carrier--usually USPS--and your distance from me (hello from NorCal!). Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] if you have any questions about the status of your order!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, I'll accept changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your purchase. I'd love to hear your feedback--please let me know if you have any issues with your purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Yep! If you're not satisfied with your item once it's arrived, email me at [email protected] within 30 days to request a refund or exchange. However, due to shipping costs, you'll pay for half of the cost of return shipping, and I'll cover the rest.
What if my package arrived damaged?
If your package arrived damaged, please send a photo of it along with an email to me at [email protected]. I'll be happy to help you get a refund or exchange.
